• Parcels are shipped in DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) mode,

• Customers are expected to clear goods post-payment of necessary

charges to the government/shipping partner.

• DHL shall reach out to you via email when your goods are in transit.

hours of placing your order.

• Refunds are applicable only if your order has not undergone processing.

International Orders and Returns:

• Unfortunately, no store credits are issued for international orders.• Refunds or partial refunds as compensation are considered within 48 hours

of customers receiving their orders, provided there is compelling

evidence of irreparable product faults.

Shipping Costs Breakdown:

• Avail complimentary worldwide shipping on orders exceeding $125.

• Exceptions include an additional $20 for Spain and Italy due to specific

• For orders below $125, an extra $25 applies worldwide, while $45 is levied

for Spain and Italy.
